Deposits
- All reservation deposits are non-refundable for any reason
- All Direct reservations require at least a 20% ($20 minimum) deposit.
- Deposits for reservations for group events (weddings/reunions) are 30%
- Deposits for Kool Deadwood Nites are 30%
Tobacco, vaping, marijuana use
It is against our policy to use any of these substances in any of our accommodations. If a guest uses any of these products in a room or if an accommodation smells like any of these products, the guest will be charged a $150 fee to “rest” the room. We can not sell a room to guests that smell of these products.
Check in/out times
- Check-in time: After 3:00 and before 9:00 (unless approval for late check-in)
- Check-out: By 10:00 (Late charges apply)
Cancellation Policy/Direct Reservations
If a reservation is canceled 72 hours (3 days prior to midnight) prior to the reservation date (not check-in time), the guest will not be held responsible for the rest of the reservation cost. Cancellations occurring inside of 72 hours of the reservation date will result in payment for 100% of the reservation costs. The cancellation policy for group events is 7 days.
All reservations for the Sturgis Rally time period require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 100% of the reservation must be paid by May 1st of the current Rally year and is non-refundable for any reason. If a reservation is made after May 1st, 100% of the reservation cost will be due immediately and is non-refundable.
Pet Policy
Whitetail Creek Resort is a “Pet-Free” property, except for RV sites (maximum 1 dog)
